20+ years of health and social care experiance
We started our careers in health and social care as support workers, working throughout different settings. We have been registered managers and progressed to senior management roles. This has enabled us to understand the importance staff have in making a difference to people who require support.
Due to our experience we understood the need for high quality temporary staff, all our staff are put through our safer recruitment process, and before providing support our staff complete a thorough induction including the 15 care certificate modules. Any specific training requirements needed to work in your service if you provide details we will source training for our staff.
